By checking the box at signup, you agree to everything below. That includes giving up the right to sue Hidden Honey Exclusives for injury, loss, or damage connected to our content, products, and services, including claims based on our own negligence.
1. Who this agreement is between
This agreement is between you and Hidden Honey LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Hidden Honey Exclusives ("HHE," "we," "us," or "our").
"You" means the person creating the account. Where one membership covers a couple, you agree to share this agreement with your partner and you accept it on behalf of your household's use of the membership.
This agreement applies to every level of membership, free or paid. It is part of our Terms and Conditions and works alongside our Privacy Policy. If this agreement and the Terms and Conditions conflict on a question of risk or liability, this agreement controls.
2. What this agreement covers
"Content and Offerings" means everything HHE creates, curates, hosts, sells, sends, or recommends, in any format, whether written, spoken, digital, physical, or in person. That includes:
- Written material, including articles, the Journal, emails, guides, prompts, rituals, card decks, and erotic stories
- Digital material, including our website, app, The Vibrary, videos, audio, classes, and recordings
- Live and recorded sessions, including expert calls, Tasting Notes, and Unfiltered
- The Hive and any other community space, including anything posted by other members
- Physical products shipped through A Taste of Honey or sold in our store, including intimacy products, restraints, positioning aids, devices, and consumables
- In-person events and experiences, and any gifts, credits, or third-party memberships we provide
- Anything shared by Honey Experts, guest educators, and brand partners through HHE
Stays at Hidden Honey Homes properties are covered by their own rental agreement.
3. Adults only
HHE is for adults. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are legally permitted to view and receive sexually explicit content and products where you live, and that you consent to receiving them. You agree to keep all Content and Offerings away from anyone under 18.
4. Education and entertainment, not professional advice
Everything we offer is for general education and entertainment. None of it is medical, pharmaceutical, psychological, sex therapy, relationship counseling, or legal advice.
Using HHE does not create a provider and patient, pharmacist and patient, or therapist and client relationship with anyone, even where our founders or Honey Experts hold professional licenses or credentials.
Talk with your own qualified provider before trying anything you learn or receive through HHE, particularly if you are pregnant, have a health condition or injury, take medication, or have a history of trauma. HHE is not a crisis service. In an emergency, call 911.
5. Honey Experts and other third parties
Honey Experts, guest educators, and brand partners are independent. They are not our employees or agents. Their opinions and recommendations are their own, and we do not verify or guarantee what they say.
If you hire or buy from an expert or brand directly, that arrangement is between you and them. We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, or services we link to or mention.
6. Physical products
We curate the products we send. We do not manufacture them. You agree to:
- Read and follow the manufacturer's instructions, warnings, and care directions before use
- Check materials and ingredients against your own allergies and sensitivities, and your partner's
- Inspect each product before every use and stop using anything that is damaged
- Stop right away if anyone experiences pain, numbness, irritation, or distress
- Never leave a restrained person alone, and keep a quick way to release any restraint within reach
Any warranty on a product comes from its manufacturer, not from HHE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL CONTENT AND OFFERINGS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." HHE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7. Your choices are yours
Taking part in anything HHE offers is voluntary. You decide what is right for your body, your health, and your relationship, and you are responsible for how you use what we provide.
You are responsible for making sure that every person involved in any activity is an adult who has given clear, informed, ongoing consent, and that anyone can stop at any time.
8. Community and live sessions
What other members post or say belongs to them. We do not endorse it and are not responsible for it. We ask every member to keep what is shared private, but we cannot guarantee that they will, so share with that in mind.
Live sessions may be recorded and made available to other members.
9. No guaranteed results
Every couple is different. We make no promise about any outcome, including changes to your relationship, your intimacy, your health, or your satisfaction.
10. Assumption of risk
You understand that intimate activity, physical products, movement practices, and vulnerable conversations carry real risks. These include physical injury, allergic reaction, infection, emotional distress, conflict in your relationship, and damage to property.
You knowingly and voluntarily accept all of these risks, known and unknown, for yourself and for your use of the membership with your partner.
11. Release and waiver
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU RELEASE, WAIVE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE HIDDEN HONEY LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR OWNERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS (THE "RELEASED PARTIES") FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LOSSES, DAMAGES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE CONTENT AND OFFERINGS, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, AND PROPERTY DAMAGE.
THIS RELEASE INCLUDES CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES.
YOU AGREE NOT TO SUE THE RELEASED PARTIES FOR ANY CLAIM YOU HAVE RELEASED HERE.
This release binds you and your heirs, family members, representatives, and anyone else who could bring a claim on your behalf.
12. Limit on our liability
For any claim not covered by the release above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Released Parties are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your membership in the month the claim arose.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the Released Parties harmless from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arises from your use or misuse of the Content and Offerings, your breach of this agreement, or a claim brought by your partner or anyone else you share them with.
14. What this agreement does not waive
Nothing here releases a claim for gross negligence or intentional misconduct, limits a claim you may have against a product's manufacturer, or takes away a right that the law does not allow you to waive.
15. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Flagler County, Florida, and you consent to those courts.
16. General terms
If a court finds any part of this agreement unenforceable, that part will be limited as little as necessary and the rest stays in effect.
Checking the box at signup is your electronic signature and has the same effect as signing on paper.
We may update this agreement. If we make a material change, we will ask you to review and accept it again.
