A Taste of Honey is a monthly membership. One box ships on the 1st of each month to the address provided at signup. Your card is charged on the same date each month.

One membership covers one couple. Account sharing outside of a partnered couple is not permitted.

Your membership renews automatically each month. To skip or cancel, log into your account and update your preferences by 9am EST on the last day of the month. Changes requested after this time will take effect the following month.

There are no cancellation fees.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hiddenhoneyexclusives.com and we will make it right.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon. Boxes ship on the 1st of each month and typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days. A tracking number will be sent to your email when your order ships.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at signup.

You can update your shipping address at any time through your account. Address changes must be made by the 25th of the month to take effect for that month's shipment. Changes made after the 25th will apply to the following month's box.

The products included in each box are curated for adult couples. By purchasing a membership you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Hidden Honey Exclusives makes no medical claims about any product included in our boxes. If you have specific health concerns, consult a medical professional before use.

All content on this site including copy, photography, and brand assets is the property of Hidden Honey Exclusives and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Hidden Honey Exclusives is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the membership in the month in question.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of your membership after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
