Boxes ship on the 1st of each month and typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us.

All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging. The outside gives nothing away. Your privacy is part of the experience.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, that's on us. Reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
